Zucchini Burgers

1 pound ground beef (I use organic from Costco)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped zucchini
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
2 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
nonstick cooking spray
1 Tbsp olive oil
hamburger buns, for serving

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Mix meat, breadcrumbs, zucchini, Worcestershire, salt and pepper until well combined. Form into patties.  Coat a large nonstick ovenproof skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat.  We love our Williams Sonoma Signature Fry Pan.  When the skillet is hot, add olive oil and then burgers.  Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes until brown, then slide skillet into oven and cook for another 4-5 minutes until no longer pink in the center.  Serve on buns.
