Pasta, Sausage, and Eggs

Adapted from The Flying Biscuit...

1 package Trader Joe's Spinach, Fontina, and Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage
4-6 handfuls of baby spinach
1 cup pasta noodles (dry)
4 eggs
1/8 cup of shredded cheese (I used parmesan, but fontina would be good, too)

1. Boil a pot of water for the pasta.  Cook according to directions.
2.. Slice sausage and brown sausage according to package directions.
3. While sausage and pasta are cooking, scramble eggs.  When eggs are almost done, add spinach and stir until just wilted.
4. Mix pasta, sausage, and eggs/spinach together, top with shredded cheese.
