If you haven't had a chance to check out Momsanity, now's the time. Also see HERE and HERE for previous Momsanity posts. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Debbie, Emily, and Kate. They are three inspirational ladies living very real lives. I love that all in one place, I can find workout videos, healthy recipes, spiritual guidance, and support. Recently I pulled a muscle doing one of the chest exercises and when I asked on the closed Momsanity Facebook page what I could do to prevent straining that muscle, Emily was so quick to respond with practical advice.
Momsanity is for you IF...
1--You need accountability. You need someone to light a fire under you so you will get off the couch and get moving!
2--You have small kids. It is hard to go to a gym. You don't want to subject your kids to germy workout areas or have to find childcare while you work out.
3--You don't have hours to spend working out! Metabolic Effect is quick and EFFECTIVE.
(Sidenote: Had lunch with a dear friend the other day and she asked if I had been working out, after noticing my arms. That's never happened. NEVER. Thanks Momsanity!).
